You will be paired with one of our bookkeeping teams consisting of an Account Manager (who handles quality control) and a Bookkeeper (who handles the nitty gritty).
As a UPP client, you get access to an organized client portal. This is where all of your information and communication will live. You can also email us for any timely questions or needs.
We work exclusively with QuickBooks Online. If you are interested in using Xero or an industry-specific accounting software, we can provide recommendations.
